The government fee is the same amount you would pay applying directly at esta.cbp.dhs.gov. Our service fee is optional and only applies if you choose to apply through us.
Processing times
CBP returns most ESTA decisions within 72 hours, and many within minutes. We recommend applying at least 72 hours before your departure. All applications enter the same government queue — no provider can speed up CBP's decision, and we will never charge you for a "rush" option.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee approval — the decision is made solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
- We do not offer expedited or priority processing, because it does not exist.
- We do not provide legal or immigration advice. If you are not eligible for the Visa Waiver Program, you will need a visa through a U.S. embassy or consulate.
